Profile & project accuracy

Profile and project information is provided by the account holder. A “verified” credit means it was confirmed by both parties involved, or tied to a completed platform transaction — it is not an independent fact-check by EaseOfBiz. We rely on our reporting and moderation process, described below, to catch inaccurate or fraudulent claims.

Reporting a problem

If you believe a profile, project, credit, or review contains inaccurate or fraudulent information, you can flag it directly from the page. Flagged content is reviewed, and accounts with repeated substantiated flags may be suspended.

No outcome guarantee

EaseOfBiz does not guarantee the outcome of any booking, collaboration, or sale arranged through the platform. Any dispute over the underlying work is between the parties involved; our role is limited to the platform transaction itself (payment processing and, where applicable, refunds under our stated refund terms).
