Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. Profiles must represent a real person, brand, or institution — impersonation is not permitted.

Payments & commission

EaseOfBiz charges a commission on completed transactions (bookings, digital product sales, event tickets). The applicable rate is shown to you before you publish a service or product, and again at checkout to the buyer. Payouts are processed on request, subject to a minimum balance and standard payment-processor settlement times.

Content & credits

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By crediting a collaborator on a project, you represent that the credit is accurate. A verified credit reflects mutual confirmation between the parties, or a completed platform transaction — it is not EaseOfBiz's independent verification of the underlying claim.

Prohibited conduct

• Creating fraudulent profiles, reviews, or credits.
• Circumventing the platform's payment system for a transaction initiated on it.
• Harassment, hate speech, or posting content that infringes another party's rights.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, following the flagging and moderation process described in our Disclaimer.

Liability

EaseOfBiz is a marketplace connecting independent parties. We are not a party to the underlying arrangement between a creator, brand, or institution and their client — we do not guarantee the outcome, quality, or delivery of any service or collaboration arranged through the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
