The trilogy follows the rise of House Atreides, the villainy of House Harkonnen, and the political machinations of House Corrino that set the stage for Paul Atreides' destiny.</p><ul><li><strong>House Atreides (1999):</strong> The young Duke Leto forms House Atreides; Duncan Idaho joins; Guild Navigators manipulate the cosmos.</li><li><strong>House Harkonnen (2000):</strong> Baron Harkonnen consolidates power; the spice wars intensify on Arrakis.</li><li><strong>House Corrino (2001):</strong> Emperor Shaddam IV schemes with the Tleilaxu to create synthetic spice; the Great Houses collide.</li></ul>
